We are recruiting for the role of an  IT Service Delivery Support Officer

Your job is to provide technical support to maintain the organization’s computer systems, both hardware and software and other peripheral equipment to ensure optimal performance so that end users can maintain a high level of productivity.

Job Description:
a. Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software.
b. Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically.
c. Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
d. Provide technical support across the company including troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
e. Execute maintenance upgrades.
f. Perform user administration tasks including setting up accounts for staff, educate them on log in and resolve issues arising.
g. Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company.
h. Ensure that each support issue and resolution is adequately documented.
i. Record keeping of all assets also mapping this to unique identifiers, staff in possession of the assets and state of assets.
j. Planning, Installation, Maintenance and upgrade of IT systems and company infrastructure.
k. Ensuring smooth running of day-to-day operations, making sure all tools needed by each department for work is provided.

Requirements:
· HND/ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
· Previous working experience in IT support for a minimum of 3 years.
· Knowledge of Windows 10, Google Suites/ Microsoft Office 365.
· Basic knowledge of computer maintenance, server administration, installation, repair and troubleshooting.
