We are recruiting to fill the position of an IT Officer
Job Summary
- IT Officer will be mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems/server, network infrastructure, printer and scanners as well as provide Tier-1 level support on the EMR to all users.
Other Responsibilities:
- Providing daily operations, systems and technical support across the company
- Verify functionality of hardware and software components
- Conducting monthly system backup operations
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Maintaining records of software licenses
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone
- Learning/mastering all aspect of the EMR while keeping up with the latest upgrade
- Setting up accounts for staff on EMR software, educate them and resolve issues arising
- Other duties as assigned by the Head of Department
Qualification & Experience
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related fields.
- Minimum of 1-year of relevant work experience
