Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a robust commodity strategy in line with PKC’s vision.
- Drive supplier evaluations, negotiations, and relationships to ensure optimal cost and quality.
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize total cost of ownership.
- Resolve sourcing and supply chain challenges with proactive leadership.
What You’ll Need:
- Master’s degree in economics, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sourcing/supply chain in a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in commodities, especially Resin, Rubber, Plastics, Metals, and Tool Development.
- Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and collaborative skills.
- Fluent in English, with additional European languages as a plus.
