The LPI is expanding. We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to take up an exciting new role within our sales team. This is your chance to join a rapidly growing company with an excellent work culture and opportunity.
- Accountable to the Chief Commerical Officer for the delivery of the sales targets across the LPI portfolio of events solutions.
- Sales of LPI events products and services, working with existing LPI customers and the development of new opportunities.
- Liaise with Clients face to face and virtually
- Write and submit proposals for business wins
- Liaise with the CCO regarding price negotiations and service contracts.
- Liaise with Marketing Function to promote client engagement and impact effectively (Case Studies, Webinars, etc.)
- Liaise with Administration team to ensure accurate and smooth delivery of services as agreed
- Offer clients guidance regarding The LPI Services and work with the sales team on non-events solutions
- Accurate maintenance of the CRM Salesforce and predictable forecast and business planning
- In partnership with the Client Relationship team, the development and management of customer support plans and ongoing engagement of The LPI customers.
- Contribute ideas in weekly sales meetings and team events.
- Represent The LPI at exhibitions and networking events.
- Provide input and suggestions to improvements for the sales operation and customer experience.
- Any other activities that may from time to time be reasonably requested.
Requirements
9AM- 5PM
Experienced in working to and overachieving weekly/monthly financial targets across multiple events solutions
Experience in Social Media Activities and Promotion
Experienced in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Ability to cope and perform under pressure
Proven record of problem solving and multi-tasking
Will require unsocial hours e.g. attending events
