Responsibilities:
– Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
– Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate and expand the software solutions market in Nigeria.
– Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing deals with a focus on software solution sales.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored software solutions accordingly.
– Actively seek new business opportunities and partnerships to drive sales growth.
– Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. – Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
– Demonstrate a deep understanding of our software solutions and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
– Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our software offerings.
– Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials, campaigns, and strategies aligned with market demands.
– Coordinate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction post-sales.
– Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights for management review.
– Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Skills
Must be experienced in passionate selling
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or Master degree in, computer science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
– Proven track record in software sales, with at least 7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology/software industry. 7years(5years IT and 2 years in specified skill)
– In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian software solutions market and its key players.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
– Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
– Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
