Brand Manager (Luxury Retail) – Aureole

The Business Manager will oversee daily operations of a prestigious luxury retail store, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and maintaining efficient inventory management. This role involves leading a team, maintaining the store’s premium ambience, and implementing sales strategies to drive profitability and enhance the visibility of a globally recognized luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and manage the store daily, ensuring operational readiness and a premium ambience (cleanliness, layout, music, etc.)
  • Train and develop team members on luxury retail policies, products, and customer service excellence.
  • Develop and execute local sales strategies to meet or exceed luxury retail sales targets.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensure accurate stock records, and maintain reorder levels for high-end products.
  • Manage daily banking operations and financial reconciliations.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Build and maintain a customer database for CRM purposes, focusing on high-net-worth clients.
  • Manage store expenses, minimize waste, and ensure security in a luxury retail environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Travel occasionally to other luxury retail stores within the region.
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in the luxury retail industry or a similar high-end sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in a premium customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth clients.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and basic accounting.
  • IT skills (MS Word, Excel; Access is a plus).
  • A passion for luxury brands and a deep understanding of the luxury retail market.
  • Familiarity with Ghanaian luxury retail trends and customer behavior.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the standards of a top-tier luxury brand.
