Responsibilities:
- Code and investigate issues using PL/SQL (70% of main tasks)
- Provide secondary production support (30% of main tasks)
- Perform Java/Python coding (more than 10% of main tasks)
- Conduct testing and ensure system performance is up to par
- Monitor system performance and Unix knowledge is preferred
- Banking and risk domain experience is an advantage
- Proactively communicate with DBA and infrastructure team
- Cooperate with others and focus on teamwork
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in PL/SQL development (more experience is better)
- Proficient in testing and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of Java/Python (preferred, but not a must)
- English and Mandarin proficiency for communication with overseas IT team
- Cantonese proficiency is not a must
- Willingness to cooperate with others, focus on teamwork, and proactive communication with DBA and infrastructure team.
