About The Role
Datacom is on the look out for an intermediate to senior software development professional to join our Smartly team. You’ll be working alongside the development team building, improving, maintaining, and supporting our suite of products.
What You’ll Bring
You’ll enjoy problem solving, fixing bugs with C#,.NET MVC. Proficient with SQL.
Experience with web front-end technologies including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, React, or ASP .Net Razor.
Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on helping create cohesive, collaborative and productive virtual teams.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot bugs and issues for both internal and external users of the application
- Develop fixes to bugs
- Work with Product Manager, BA, and domain team to design and deliver customer outcomes
- Work with the Product Manager, BA, SME or Tech Leads to resolve gaps or ambiguities in the functional or technical design
- Create knowledge base documentation and training materials for End User Support
