When the client successfully places an order, the money is funded into our secure escrow and released to the feeelancer only when the job is confirm done.
When the freelancer account reaches the pre-defined minimum payout, the he is able to send a withdrawal request which is reviewed and payment sent via their chosen payment method. Notification will be shown on the freelancer’s dashboard.
When the freelancer doesn’t complete an order on time or deliver the work with bad quality, the client can send a dispute request to the Jobspaddy management. On the other another hand, if the freelancer believes he has done a good job but the Buyer doesn’t accept his work, the Seller can also send a dispute request to Admin. Our dispute board’s decision is final
