Homepage: visitors can quickly have an overview of available services, if what they need is possible, then take a look at service categories and click on a category, a Job or search with any keywords. 

In the Services listing page, clients can browse services with no confusion since each service is displayed as a block with well-organized information. Clients can be aware of which service is suitable for their need based on the image, description, ratings and status of every single service. Besides, clients can also view the related services using the advance filter (by category, tag or rating) without reloading the site.

Jobspaddy offers an informative service detail page with clear service description, intuitive sample pictures, real order number, and reliable ratings/reviews. This helps the users to learn about a service better before deciding to order. Clients can also view and select the extra tasks of a service to make sure it matches their needs.

        Available Jobs Section: Also on the homepage freelancers can see and pace their offers to available jobs, this makes it very easy for both freelancers and clients to get what they need right there on the homepage. A client can also post a request for a job he/she needs to get done with the ‘recruit now’ button. It’s as easy as that!

 

2. Smooth & Clear Payment & Delivery Progress

Once a service has been ordered, the client deposits money into our secure escrow or pays with their credit.  Check here to see how our escrow works. To encourage more purchases, clients can place an order even before creating an account. We also understand how important communication is in the purchase process, to help both sides clearly comprehend the scope of work and stimulate the outcome results.

Therefore, besides adding “order extra services” feature, Our platform offers a communication system which allows clients and freelancers to discuss directly and receive the notification whenever they have new messages. Thus, they can constantly communicate until the ordered job is finished.

Once an order has been placed, with a tracking order system, both client and freelancer  can easily monitor the status of a Job (Pending, Active, Late, Delivered, Finished, Disputing or Disputed).

Once a freelancer finishes his Job and delivers to client, the client can choose to accept the work and change the status of the Job to Order Finished, then he can write a review for that seller. If he is not happy with the job, he may send a dispute request to to us via the dispute option.

For clients, our platform helps them monitor all Jobs easily. Freelancers can change the status of a service he provide (active, pause or archived) based on his schedule. When a service is paused, it won’t be available for orders, so he won’t be overwhelmed with the workload and can also keep his reputation.
